navrabeads.com offers you the option to return and/or exchange purchased items from navrabeads.com within 7 days of receipt of items. We value our customers, the quality of our products, and long-term relationships with our customers. For Returns

Items purchased through navrabeads.com can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of items. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, preferably in their original packaging. Partial returns or selected items returns are possible. We respect our customers and always prioritize quality, so we will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. We recommend using a reliable courier with appropriate tracking IDs.

For Exchanges

navrabeads.com also offers the exchange of products in case the buyer changes his/her decision after ordering the product. We offer a no questions asked exchange policy and are happy to exchange items that are no longer required with equal or lesser values, subject to the availability of inventory. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. We recommend using a reliable courier with appropriate tracking IDs.

Payment Terms

For returns, items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking will have the full invoice amount, including taxes, credited to the respective bank/credit card account. In some cases, where payment gateway service providers charge fees, up to a maximum of 3% of the invoice amount may be withheld. Please note that this amount represents charges paid to the payment gateway providers, and navrabeads.com does not collect any additional fees/charges other than the actual charges by payment gateway providers. For Cash on Delivery items, the full amount, including taxes, will be credited to the account specified by buyers, excluding the paid cash on delivery charges. Navrabeads.com pays the cash on delivery charges to the third-party providers that deliver products for cash on delivery options, and hence the amount cannot be refunded. Please allow at least 7 days to a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of items at our end for credit.
