For returns, items purchased through navrabeads.com can be returned 14 days from the date of receipt of items. Buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in its original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in its original packaging. Partial returns or selected items returns possible. We respect our customers and navrabeads.com always believes in quality first and value of customer money and hence will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn out signs. For returns, items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking full invoice amount including taxes will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account.
