For Returns
Items purchased through navrabeads.com can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of items. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, preferably in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in case of returns not due to defects or wrong items sent. Partial returns or selected item returns are possible. We respect our customers and always prioritize quality, so we will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn-out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. We recommend using a reliable courier with appropriate tracking IDs.
For Exchanges
navrabeads.com also offers the exchange of products in case the buyer changes his/her decision after ordering the product. We offer a no questions asked exchange policy and are happy to exchange items that are no longer required with equal or lesser values, subject to the availability of inventory. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
At Navrabeads, we take product quality seriously. In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please carefully follow the steps below. This process is mandatory and applies even when the issue is from our side. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91-77085 00007 or [email protected]. A proper opening/unboxing video is compulsory — showing: (The sealed outer packaging, the item being opened clearly, the defect/damage, or incorrect item). Without the opening video, the claim will not be accepted under any circumstances, even if it is our error.
After your claim is verified, you must send the product back to our provided address using a reliable courier service (either of your choice or one we recommend). You must share the tracking ID with us once the parcel is shipped. Until we receive the defective product, the item remains the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will issue a refund or exchange, as per your preference. The refund amount will include the full value of the defective product and the return shipping cost (as per actual courier bill or limit).
Payment Terms
For Cash on Delivery items, the full amount, including taxes, will be credited to the account specified by buyers, excluding the paid cash on delivery charges. navrabeads.com pays the Cash on Delivery charges to the third-party providers that deliver products for Cash on Delivery options, and hence the amount cannot be refunded. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on your original payment method and bank processing time.
