  • When will I get my order?

    navrabeads.com understands your business. We make our best effort to ship your order on the same day of receipt of payment, however due to restrictions from our shipping partners, payments received after 4PM will be shipped next day. Customers can track the orders using the tracking number provided in the email. There could be genuine delays like force of nature, third party logistics provider caused, payments not realized, we will notify you with updated status.

  • How to Pay?

    navrabeads.com offers several ways to pay for your product. Master card, VISA, Dinners card and Amex credit cards, Internet banking transfers for over 60+ banks, Cash on Delivery on select cities.   • Will get the same item as displayed in the website?

    WYSIWYG – What You See Is What You Get. navrabeads.com provides actual photographs of items on hand and donot rely on products from vendors. So trust us and rest assured that you get what you pay for and what you asked for.

  • What are shipping charges for my pin code?

    Please use our shipping calculator. Shipping and Handling cost is calculated based on weight of the items ordered and pin code.

  • Can I buy different quantities than specified in site?

    To avoid transactions and value our customer time, navrabeads.com do contain detailed breakup of items and their cost. To order more quantities and bulk purchases than specified in the website, please reach out to us

  • My payment failed in gateway, what are my next steps?

    Relax, Sip a coffee and try again. Call us to hold your order if still fails. There could be reasons like gateway down or slow internet connections. Money deducted, not reflecting in website Do call us, we will work with gateway partners to resolve the issue

    Customer orders undertaken. Designs can be sent over email, website link or through whatsapp. We take utmost care to produce the product. Sample is prepared, sent to you as image, upon approval, rest all products are made. All jewellery products are handmade which carries navrabeads.com unique touch. We also suggest based on designs available at our end.

  • Do you sell my design to others?

    Absolutely not. Designs given by you stays with you. Designs will feature in our website only upon written permission from customers and only based on customer request

  • how to pay for custom designs?

    Each order is unique requires raw material and man power to produce the desired product. Allow us to help on getting the desired product for you.

  • What is return policy / exchanges applicable for custom designs

    Please refer to our Return Policy / Exchange section. However for custom orders returns/ exchanges are not permitted.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    navrabeads.com promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.

  • Who delivers to my pincode?

    We tied up with several 3rd party logistics providers to provide best in class secure and safe delivery, based on the history of successful deliveries at your pincode, we choose the provider. Option also available if you would like to swtich to specific carrier.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as payment is received, we take utmost care to ship the order on the same day. As soon as shipment is made to the logistics provider, tracking order is sent to your registered email.

  • Does navrabeads.com ships outside of India?

    Yes, we handle it on case by case basis. Please reach out to us.

  • What about Cash on Delivery options?

    Currently COD option is available in Chennai only. You will hear from us when more cities are added

  • How can I get my order faster?

    There are two options available, Normal shipping and Expedited shipping. Please refer shipping calculator page. Navrabeads.com donot own or guarantee expedited shipping since we are dependant on 3rd party providers.

  • Can I change my shipping address after shipment made?

    Currently we donot support change of address once shipment is made

  • How to pay for my order?

    navrabeads.com tied up with payment gateway providers. Currently we do support 6 credit cards and 50+ bank transfers. COD options available in select cities.

  • I don’t have credit card, how to buy your product?

    Bank transfer is the most safe and secure way

  • Cash on delivery, how does it work?

    Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a maximum limit of Rs. 5000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking, Debit Card or Credit Card.

  • What are GST charges?

    Regular state and/or central government taxes applicable. Prices listed in the website are inclusive of all taxes. Octroi charges applicable in select cities are additional borne by customers

    Navrabeads.com donot engage or promote 3rd party tele marketing callers as we donot share any of customer information to anyone.
