How can I avail the service?
Checkout as netbanking/credit card and click place order. You will be directed to PayUMoney gateway, choose "LazyPay" as option and authenticate with mobile number and OTP. You may be asked to attach a credit card first time. 

Are there any additional charges?
NO. As of now, the service partner is offering the service to navrabeads customers without any additional charges, provided the outstanding amount is paid before the due date directly to the site partner. 

How safe is this gateway?
Our service provider is an innovative payment service that has been built to provide you an easy payment option for your day-to-day purchases, launched by PayU India. 

When will repay outstanding amount?
Consolidated invoice summary is generated on 1st & 16th of every month. You can repay the amount by clicking on repayment links which can be accessed by following ways: 1. Select the ‘Pay Bill’ tab available on the home page www.lazypay.in . Enter your registered details and OTP received. Click on Pay Now. 2. Select ‘Login’ tab on home page and enter your registered credentials. Confirm the OTP received and Select ‘Pay Now’ tab on your dashboard. 3. Simply click on the tab “Pay now” sent to you on your registered email ID/SMS. 4. Download our Citrus App from Play Store. Click on the LazyPay tab available at the bottom, click on the ‘Pay Now’ option available on home screen. 5. You can also repay by downloading your statement from your LazyPay dashboard. A ‘Pay now’ tab in the statement will enable you to make your repayment. The repayment can be made using Net banking/Credit/Debit card and Citrus Wallet.

I was not eligible for PayLater option, why?

Will I get penalty, if I didnot pay on time?
Every month 1st and 18th is the invoice closure date and service provider gives additional 2 days as due date. Penalties on outstanding amount is levied by the service provider and any disputes should directly handled with the service provider (Payu). #lazypay #buynowpaylater #navrabeads
